DESA SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD. provides digital and service-based solutions including automation platforms, communication APIs, CRM tools, and web services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if the service has not been activated, configured, or consumed. Once a service is initiated, refunds are generally not applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Setup, onboarding, or configuration charges
• API usage, message credits, or platform usage
• Customized or tailored solutions

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@desasolutionsindia.com. Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.
